ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Having grown up with a lack of resources, my first motivation in business was to qualify in a discipline where I never saw poverty. I qualified as an accountant.  

Limited in mathematical talent, I battled demons and naysayers all the way. Their gift was to help me develop resilience, persistence and compassion. Useful attributes when coaching.

I have changed careers several times – from Finance to Buying, then on to Marketing, then Supply Chain and completed a Law degree on the way. I moved country once and organisations, several times. 

I became nimble, personally and professionally.

Eventually, I grew into the CEO role leading two companies in different sectors, for almost a decade.
